All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within seven (7) days of the installation date or delivery date (as indicated by the tracking number) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will assess the issue and resolve it accordingly.

To ensure we can accurately identify and replace defective items, all defects must be clearly documented according to our guidelines. The defective products or parts that can be replaced within the 7-day window include:

  • Cracks, major scratches, or dents
  • Unwashable stains
  • Leakages

Items must be returned in their original packaging with tags attached.
